Use the following procedure to run the SSH.NET integration tests:

Build the docker image in /docker.
On Windows, you can execute the 'build.cmd' script from /docker.

Run the docker container that we just built.
On Windows, you can execute the 'run.cmd' script from /docker.

Build the Visual Studio solution.

Run the tests in Visual Studio.
