Updates the Creating a branch protection rule instructions to use version-specific text for the repository settings sidebar.

"Code, planning, and automation" for GitHub Free, Pro, Team (FPT), and GitHub Enterprise Cloud (GHEC).

"Code and automation" for GitHub Enterprise Server (GHES).

This change ensures that the documentation matches the UI for each GitHub version and helps users locate the 分支 settings when following the instructions.
