Docker Desktop for Mac no longer uses a privileged helper process to bind privileged ports or cache the Registry Access Management policy, and no longer presents a first-run installation window. Update the docs to reflect that privileged configuration (CLI tools location, default Docker socket) is now managed from the Advanced page in 设置, that $HOME/.docker/bin is the default and automatically added to PATH, and remove the now-obsolete privileged port mapping references. Docker Desktop for Mac no longer starts a privileged helper process to bind privileged ports (<1024) or cache the Registry Access Management policy, and no longer shows a first-run installation window for privileged access. This updates the docs accordingly:
