Usage

1. Add GraphicWinCtrl unit to the project
2. Create inherited from TGraphicWinControl component
3. Override Paint procedure
4. In case of need, override the object constructor
5. In case of need, set the on[Pen/Brush/Font][Change/Set], onHitTest, OnBlur/OnFocus events
