This repository holds public reusable GitHub 操作 workflows for ModernRelay repositories.
Current workflows:

ModernRelay/omnigraph uses these workflows for public CI and packaging.
ModernRelay/omnigraph-platform remains private and owns Terraform, deploy
automation, and environment-specific runbooks.
