Add support for 1.20.3.
Requires InventivetalentDev/ReflectionHelper#61 to be merged.
Also fixes an issue with resolving the 网络Manager in 1.20.3.
Didn't test in older game versions, might not work.
Didn't test for Configuration Packets, might not work.
