it need some module python3 but i help u, i create "requirements.txt" so in linux just type pip3 install where_are_the_txt i think on windows, you can download python3 and choose for install from requirements
download your txt from deckbox.org or other website magic cards, put txt into script, and let's go, launch choice.py in linux python3 folder_where_is_script_choice.py
