[Linux] How can I pass --user argument to Flatpak?

I normally install Flatpaks in a per-user installation like so: flatpak install --user <package>
Is there a way for Homebrew to pass this argument (or any other) to Flatpak?

No. Homebrew Bundle’s Flatpak integration only supports system-wide installations and does not support passing arbitrary arguments such as --user. You’ll need to manage per-user Flatpak installations directly with flatpak.
