java.lang.IllegalStateException: No available handler for chunk writer

A strange java.lang.IllegalStateException appears in the server log time to time. It occurs when the server tries to send back larger content like files (it can be static content or dynamic file result) and the Netty tries to chunk it. It's not a general problem, around every 30th request produce this kind of error.

Do you have any idea what can cause this kind of problem? I couldn't reproduce this kind of error in local environment yet. I am not sure about that this is an issue.

Hi! If you remove the AccessLogHandler (or move after assets) still got the same error?
