Q: Can we capture HAR file using codecept and webdriver

I have an automation framework built in codecept and webdriver(webdriver io) is there any way i can capture network calls ? capture a HAR file ? as by my research one method is browser mob but using that was not helpful
other then that it was mentioned we cant use webdriver helper to capture a HAR file
