Is it possible to change the horizontal axis label?

I am trying to display a bar chart of values by week.
The chart is dynamic and the start of the week could be any day.
The issue is the horizontal labels/ticks always start on a Sunday. If I have constructed the data to start on Wednesday then the chart and label are offset (which is correct) but is not a great look.

Is there a way to change the horizontal labels?
Is there a way to specify a different day when calculating the bottom dates?
