Third party devtools for zustand, jotai, valtio, xstate and xstate/store

Hey everyone,

@AlemTuzlak recently published the Tanstack Devtools third party marketplace.
The docs for it can be found here: https://tanstack.com/devtools/latest/docs/third-party-plugins

I would love to see the big state management packages being added to the devtools. I hope I can help in some ways make this happen. Since the maintainers of these packages are not yet in this repo the discussion will be shared with them by me. If you know anyone else that I can reach out to let me know :)

For now I reach out to Daishi Kato, maintainer of zustand, jotai and valtio, and David from stately.

I still think this would be a really valuable addition, and I'd love to see it happen if there's still interest. Happy to help think through the API or contribute if that would be useful.

@paol-imi yeah, I'm planning to re-take it and publish it
