how to fix generator running mistake

Did you make any changes to either build_all.txt or typesystem_core.xml?
This builds fine in the CI, though we don't test building with mingw.

No, i change nothing. to make generator is fine, the only problem is to run the pythonqt_generator.exe qtscript_masterinclude.h build_all.txt to Generate the bindings.

It seems you specified build_all.txt on the command line of the generator.
The documentation is misleading in this regard: The command line options are totally optional and only needed if you modify the configuration files yourself. Try it without the options.

We need to improve the error diagnostics of the generator and check if the files given on the command line even exist.
